Winter Cleaning Checklist to Maintain a Clean, Healthy Home
The holidays are over, and they have left behind a lot of mess. There is much to do, from the scattered pine needles on the floor to the rogue glitter and unseen dust. Although we associate spring cleaning with seasonal cleaning, many home re-sets can do a winter deep clean.
Get rid of holiday decorations and get to work on your winter house cleaning checklist.
Kitchen
- Take a look at your pantry. Let’s get it all together. First, take out everything. Get rid of any expired items. Donate any items you don’t intend to use. You’ll be amazed at the neatness of a tidy space once you have organized the rest.
- Clean up trashcans.
- Clear out your fridge. Next, clean the shelves and racks with water, vinegar and baking soda. Use a microfiber cloth to wipe clean and return the items to their original places.
